Organizations that meet the requirements below may be eligible to receive up to 300 Microsoft 365 licenses for free

  • Must be registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the Internal Revenue Service
  • Have a mission to benefit the broader community;
  • Only assign licenses to eligible staff
  • Only use the licenses for their organization and not license partner, affiliate, or sister organizations.
  • Free offer only applies to new Microsoft 365 tenants. Migration from an existing Microsoft 365 tenant requires a migration fee.
